1. 14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within this period and we will refund the amount you paid — no complicated conditions.
2. How to request a refund
Send an email to iryna.chistyakova@gmail.com from the address you used to purchase, including your name and the product name. You may also reach us on WhatsApp at +41 79 523 83 68.
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
4. After the 14-day period
Because our Services give you immediate access to digital content and live sessions, purchases are generally non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee period has ended, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
5. EU/EEA consumers — right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. Where you request immediate access to digital content and expressly agree to it, this statutory right may end once access begins; however, our own 14-day money-back guarantee above still applies.
6. Payment issues and chargebacks
If you have any problem with a charge, please contact us first — we will resolve it quickly. This is usually faster than filing a dispute with your bank.
